I'm a personal chef based in Ericeira, and I work directly with people who want good food at home without the full hassle of managing it themselves.
To me, good food should be simple, balanced, and reassuring. Eating well at home should make your day better, not add to your list.
Background
After years of balancing operations and cooking in HoReCa — opening venues in Kyiv, managing operations in Berlin and Vilnius, cooking as a private chef in Barcelona — I realized that being in the kitchen is where I feel most at home.
Working closely with clients lets me understand what they really like and create food that genuinely fits their life. Cooking for a family of three on a Wednesday, and getting it exactly right, gives me more satisfaction than running a large operation ever did.
I work with expat families and professionals who want a reliable, thoughtful food system at home. I speak English, work independently, and treat your kitchen the way I'd treat my own.
My approach
Good food doesn't need to be complicated. It just needs fresh ingredients, a thoughtful process, and someone who genuinely pays attention.
I take care of the full home food cycle: weekly meal planning, shopping, cooking, storage, labeling, and kitchen clean-up. The goal is that you open the fridge and know what's ready — without having to think about it.
Eating well at home should support your day, not add another task to it.
My style
My cooking naturally includes Asian, Middle Eastern, Ukrainian, and Mediterranean influences — from slow-cooked meat and curries to dumplings, homemade bread, fermentation, and baked goods. Food that feels comforting, balanced, and alive.
